Registration fees:
150 EUR for regular non-members
100 EUR for regular members of the PLANTMETALS society
75 EUR for student and pensioner non-members
50 EUR for student and pensioner members of the PLANTMETALS society
If you additionally want to become a member of the PLANTMETALS society, please additionally fill the membership application form HERE.
Additional benefits: Voting rights in the PLANTMETALS general assembly, participation in intra-society activities such as training schools possible (voluntary)
Membership fees:
50 EUR / year regular
25 EUR / for students and pensions (proof of this status is required)
You can regard the membership fee as "included in the registration fee" if you register for the conference as (so far) non-member (90€+50€=140€...)
Please put the type of registration into the information field of the bank transfer.
Important deadlines:
Registration incl. abstract submission for talks: 1 June 2025 - you will be notified until 1st of July whether your abstract was selected for a talk or a poster
Registration incl. Abstract submission for posters : 1 July 2025
Registration without abstract submission: 1 August 2025
Cancellation with refund (excl. bank costs on both sides): 8 July 2025 - no refunds can be made after this, because we have to finalize the booking of catering, halls, poster walls, etc.
