Registration Fees

Fees include a Welcome Drink, coffee breaks, lunches, and congress materials.

Registration including abstract submission for talks. Selection notification: First week of June 2027

June 1, 2027

Registration including abstract submission for posters.

June 15, 2027

Final deadline for registration without abstract submission.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (excl. bank costs) until June 15, 2027. After this date, no refunds are possible due to finalized logistics (catering, halls, equipment).
